You upload your files to the www or public_html directories. You can use the FileManager in the cPanel, or you can use an FTP application. View a FileManager tutorial.

FTP applications we particularly like, include CyberDuck for MacOS X, and FileZilla for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
